Program of the stay:
- 7 nights with full board:
- Breakfast – a boost of energy for most of the day
- Two-course dinner – eg peppers stuffed with millet groats with eggplant and zucchini, cream soup with broccoli
- Dinner – eg rye pancakes with sunflower and Italian
- During the stay at the diet the Chef, restaurant “Przy kominku”, Grzegorz Drużbański author of several books about healthy and low-calorie nutrition.
- Turnus is based on a varied diet of 1000-1200 kcal (usually one meat day, one vegetable). Full board is based on 3 basic meals and 2 smaller meals (snack – fruit, dessert – of course dietetic)
- 6x Morning exercises that perfectly stretch the muscles and warm up the joints, preparing them for activity during the day
- 6x Hiking with the instructor – The start of the stay begins with easier, shorter routes and their degree of difficulty increases with subsequent days of stay – so that each participant can cope with them.
- 6x physical exercises for body work (eg fitness, yoga, pilates, tbc, streching)
- daily use of the Spa & Wellness area, i.e. dry sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, foot soaking basins, sensation showers, whirlpool, relaxation room
